But it was the Wrong Colour! By Jackson

Vroom! vroom! vroom! As the swift slick drag cars rev hard, as
massive black bold tires produce massive puffs of grey smoke
it pollutes the air seconds before they go.Tires still spin as pitch
black tar attacks the tire,as the tar attaches itself, but suddenly
the tires flick the sticky black tar off like flies.

Skert;zooming off the drages push to the limits down the straight
flat, but suddenly out of the blue one drager pops nitrous, but it
was the wrong colour. The nitrous made the flames blue. The
crowd was such curious to see blue flames instead of orange
flames but each person carried on cheering.

The morning light beams throw the the fabric dangling
from the window. I can hear my mum screaming at the
top of her lungs for breakfast, but I ignore it. I scramble
down the stairs to the bathroom “ i have to make a good
impression for the popular kids” I say to myself. I grab
one of the coloured tooth brushes aiming for mine the
blue one, my sister walks in on her phone like all teenagers
do but something makes her head rise with a shock on
her face like there was a spider on the wall but no, her
face turns from a shocking pale white to a flaming red as
powerful rage flys out her mouth aiming for me like I’ve
done something wrong, which i have. The tooth brush
she mumbles to me with a raging voice. I was using a tooth
brush but it was the wrong colour.

As I rush though the door with hair dye in hand,I dart down
the hallway, into the bathroom and slam the door shut. I start
shredding the box to find the crazy purple hair dye, combing
the dye excitedly though my long, wavy hair. Then at that exact
moment I realise that the colour was NOT crazy purple but it’s
a poopy green colour. I scream “NOOO” my mum rushes in
“ohh that’s a nice colour” “BUT ITS THE WRONG COLOUR”

As I walk slowly into the ancient precarious bathroom I see
slimy old ruined toothbrushes staring at me.

Tilted sideways in a cracked brown cup, the toothbrushes
waited to be used. I grab an old worn, broken bristle, faded
toothbrush. Smothering it with crystal clear minty toothpaste.

I wondered if this is my toothbrush. It was mine but it was
the wrong colour.

My first thought was “omg noooo!!” It was my brothers old
slimy germ filled toothbrush. I instantly throw it away swiftly
in the rubbish and wash my contaminated hands.

I never wanna do that again.

Crunch, crack, crumble
The twigs and dry leaves break as step I look to my watch
And see 11.55 ,5 more minutes to the ghosts come out.
My book said they are dark green, slimy and had been
haunting the forest for years. I hear owls hoot and wolves
Howl as I step into the clearing. Im nearly blinded by the
Light as I see the bright pink ghosts dripping with pink
Slime. But your the wrong colour I shout at them with confusion.
Your supposed to be green I say and start to run back down
the gloomy forest path sheltered by dark Treetops. I sprint
back to my house and jump into my bed.

“Hope they didn’t follow me”.

Standing in a foggy street.

Random wild dogs come running out from bushes and
other places destroying my house.lost of birds were
flying away like  the flash.

Waving trees flap their  arms in the howling winds and at
the same time I stared at my bright yellow car (but it was
the wrong colour).that made me sad

On the next day the smell of fresh air made me energised
and excited to see if any more weird things happen.

Alone in the forest finding a weird shape.

Hearing it creek and the wind howling my hopes go down
trees blow side to side swiish.

Feeling anxious around this place my heart starts pounding
faster than it has ever before. The cold breezy wind chills my
body making me want to leave.

Looking at the haunted house but it's the wrong colour it was
supposed to be a dark gloomy black.

This was a very spooky experience for me and my friends.

My mum embarrasses me  in front of three of my best
friends (I had ask mum to get me a blue hat) I hate it,
I’m going to do something to it “maybe I will give it to
a girl at school” I think to myself. I hear my friends
laughing at me in the back round.

A bright purple hat, it’s the wrong colour. All I see is
my mums smiley face, I’m never wearing  my. I’m never
wearing that hat. NEVER!

It was a cold and gloomy night. Bright
lights struck my eyes with a little beetle
car pulling over beside me. It was my
mum! ‘Hi darling, she shouted. Reaching
into the car mum grabbed out something
in a bag… ‘I got you a new jacket’ mum
said pulling out a pink leather jacket with
purple polka dots. My heart sank into my
stomach and my mouth dropped wide
open, I heard a big crack of laughter break
out from my friends! ‘MUM!’ I shout ‘you’re
embarrassing me’. ‘Oh sorry Sweetie, I’ll
go now. I felt like vomiting after seeing that
hideous jacket. ‘Hey pink polka dot boy,’ I
didn’t want to answer I’d been embarrassed
for life!

“ All done!” , the hairdresser whirls the office
seat around swinging me side to side. The mirror
reflection takes my eye, “AHHHHHHHHHH!”. I
fall to the floor tiles in horror.

I wake up with the ugly, disagreeable hair do
on my head. But it’s the wrong colour I think in
myself; laughter cracks around me as I sit up in
major shock. “ WHY WHY WHY!”. The hairdresser
helps me to my feet, “ I thought you said green
miss?” she replies.

My inner devil rumbles inside me and breaks out
unexpectedly “ WILL IT EVER COME OUT!” I
scream madly, “ Sorry miss no”.
